Description

## What Happened

When a tab is pinned, the right border of the pinned tab and left border of the adjacent tab is missing.

## Expected Behavior

Tabs have all their borders. :smile:

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Handy Demo's tab view demo
2. Pin a tab
3. Select the pinned tab and see its right border
4. Select a tab adjacent to the pinned tab and see its left border
5. Compare to other tabs' borders
