100ms for element animation may be too fast

…or GTK doesn't like the easing we're using? But oftentimes GTK seems to just drop the element animations for me, i.e. for expanders or button presses. Always on the Pinebook Pro, but even pretty often on a the much more powerful Dell Precision.
