Description
### Problem
[`Adw.StatusPage`](https://gnome.pages.gitlab.gnome.org/libadwaita/doc/main/class.StatusPage.html) is used similar to `Granite.Placeholder` in many libadwaita apps, but we're missing styles for it.
### Proposal
Add style support for `Adw.StatusPage`.
