Buttons have no padding in Eclipse IDE

### What Happened?

Buttons are all squeezed together:

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the Eclipse installer from [eclipseide.org](https://eclipseide.org/).
2. During installation, I chose to install only the base IDE (Eclipse Platform).

### Expected Behavior

This is what it looks like on GNOME:

### OS Architecture

amd64 (on most hardwares)

Secure Session (Wayland, This is the default)
