### What Happened?

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open "Web" (Epiphany)
2. Scroll down to "Languages" in "General" tab
3. Drag a language row in light mode

### Expected Behavior

Dragged text content remains visible just like in dark mode.

### OS Version

8.x (Circe)

### Session Type

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

### Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
