Description
## What Happened
The titlebar background is transparent instead of black when the window is maximized and due to the rounded corners there is a "hole" on both sides of the titlebar.
The issue is especially visible with white wallpapers.
## Expected Behavior
Black titlebar background when the window is maximized (like in Elementary OS 5).
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Install any gtk app like GIMP, Inkscape, MPV, Visual Studio Code, Skype...
2. Open the app and maximize it.
