Category navigation at top is only for the main page

## What Happened
From an item page I can go to a section because the top nav is meant to skip on the main store page

## Expected Behavior
Using the top navigation from an item page should return to the main page and skip to that section

## Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to an item page (I was on the seasonal pin page)
2. Try to use the top navigation to go to any store section (Posters, T-Shirts, etc)

elementary OS 8 with Zen and Web
Android with Firefox
