Description
### Problem
After the installation of elementary os 6.1, "Software & Updates" icon/option not existed in case of changing to the fastest mirror possible
### Proposal
I know that typing only one line in terminal can fix this issue, but my proposal is that "software & updates" should be preinstalled and located in "System Settings".
### Prior Art (Optional)
There's many distributions support this option as pre-installed one. I think that elementary os deserves many settings options and more customization too.
