Separate volume level for wired earphone

### What Happened?

Shows same volume level for 1st time plugging wired earphone
It's an issue in situation like when you mute the volume while on speaker then switch to the wired earphone because of privacy, don't disturb other's area or whatever & find out it's still muted

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Mute sound from top right panel while on speaker
2. Plug wired earphone (1st time)
3. Still shows mute

### Expected Behavior

Wired earphone should have a different volume level so that it didn't show mute in situation like described above
