Unable to get Sound Drivers to select for 6 speaker 5.1 sound

I have tried multiple things to get my Realtek to work fully with Element. I do get sound with the default drivers 2-speaker analong right and left front with separate jacks. But I can not get it to recognize or allow to change it to 5.1 and assign the jacks for front, back, and center.
