Description

First observation: when I connected my bluetooth headphones for the first time they gave no sound. The settings however indicated that "Headset" _was_ selected as output. A workaround was to manually switch to "Speakers" and back to "Headset".
Reproducing at that time was without success. My best guess was that this happens the very first time the new output is connected.

Second observation:
Today the issue occurred again. It was not a controlled test and as of now I am unsure if it is because I used new bluetooth headphones or because another output device ("HDMI") was selected before switching to "Headset".
As with the first observation, the same workaround applied. I also checked what would happen on dis- and reconnecting the headphones. As with the first observation the audio did switch correctly the second time.

Note that this was after pull #83 and previously mentioned on issue #65.
