Add different history clearing settings for other kinds of applications

### Problem

I want my browser history to be cleared automatically for all installed web browsers without configuring that manually in every profile of every installed browser.

### Proposal

I want a settings tab in the security settings where I can a per-user timeout after which all browser history for all browser profiles of the user can be configured.

I want to be able to specify what to delete after days (using checkboxes)
* Browsing history
* Cookies
* Cache
* Active Logins

All major browser should be supported if those browsers offer an API to do this programmatically
Browsers I would like to have supported (don't know which one has such an API)
* Chrome
* Chromium
* Brave
* Firefox
* Opera
* Elementary Web
