Add individual duration settings to housekeeping elements

### Problem

I want trashed files to be deleted quicker than downloaded files.
Sometimes I want to back up some downloaded files few months later. But I want my trash to be cleared every 2 weeks to keep my disk space available as much as possible.

### Proposal

Add the dial to specify the amount of days to each row with a checkbox and handle the removal individually for
* Downloaded files
* Old temporary files
* Trashed files
