Extra dim screen functionality

I love the dim screen feature in "Brightness and Lock" but it would be even better if it were able to be configured, for example:
-How much the screen dims
-Duration of idle time before dimming, from seconds to minutes
-A different value for battery/plugged in modes

I had to turn the mode off because it would always dim when I was reading something and bothered me too much.
