Description

### What Happened?

Hi Guys!

I have see when the Screen Suspension with the secondary moniton has been connected, the system doesn't have any action.
For example, in Configuration > Energy, we have the option "When the laptop lid is closed:" I choose Suspend. And we have the Option "when the cover is closed with external monitor:" I choose Suspend too, and reboot the system. By the way, when I close the lid, my second monitor just blink and show the system opened, and I can to use mouse and keyboard even the lid laptop closed changed with that options.
I tried too Change the option to Block but does't work too.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Configurations >Energy
2. Change the option for "Suspend" or "Block" on "When the laptop lid is closed:"
3. Change the option for "Supend" or "Block" on "When the cover is closed with external monitor:"
4. Reboot the system
5. With the second screen connected on VGA/HDMI close the laptop lid and see the "magic"

### Expected Behavior

When you laptop lid has been closed with that options selected (Suspend or Block) the system needs to block/suspend the session for security or better usability.
