Description
### What Happened?
My system is configured to get suspended **when inactive for 30 minutes if on baterry** and to **NEVER get suspended if plugged in**.
When my computer is plugged in and inactive for 30 minutes or more and the very next/first thing to happen is that I unplug it, it gets inmediately suspended, as if it had been always unplugged during that period.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Set your system to get suspended when inactive for `X minutes` if on battery.
2. Set your system to never get suspended when plugged in.
3. Plug in your computer.
4. Leave your computer inactive for `X minutes` or more.
5. Unplug your computer only. Do not touch the trackpad/touchpad, do not press any key, do no interaction other than unplugging your computer.
### Expected Behavior
If:
1. My system is configured to get suspended when inactive for `X minutes` if on battery.
2. My system is configured to never get suspended when plugged in.
3. My computer has been inactive for `X minutes` or more.
I expect it to remain alive if I unplug it, at least until it is inactive for `X minutes` again.
