Description
If possible, we should chart historical power usage by app/service in a "Power usage" tab. This is a handy feature that Android has for pinpointing misbehaving apps after-the-fact.
If implemented, we could shortcut to this from the power indicator as well, supplementing the realtime "Apps Using a Lot of Power" entry.
