Description

### What Happened?

In my opinion it is a security vulnerability that the default setting
of a new WiFi added using the UI is set up so that the WiFi
automatically connects when in range.

Especially in shared networks like public spaces etc. or networks of
private clubs etc. where everyone uses the same pre-shared key, anyone could easily setup an own access point with the same SSID and intercept the traffic

### Steps to Reproduce

Add a new wifi

### Expected Behavior

Wifi connects successfully.
I go out of range of the Wifi

I go back into the range

It does not connect again automatically

### OS Version

8.x (Circe)

### OS Architecture

amd64 (on most hardwares)

### Session Type

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)

### Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)

### Log Output

```shell
```

### Hardware Info
