Description

One of the concerns I raised in [1] is that "case NM.DeviceState.UNMANAGED:" seems to be treated as a failed connection (state = Network.Utils.State.FAILED_WIRED;).

I believe this might be wrong. Unmanaged just means NM doesn't manage them. It's not necessarily that it's failed.
