Description

First, some background info on how I got to no wired network interfaces:

I wanted to test a manually added (wired) network interface that was connected to a local network. Because elementary's network manager hasn't an option to select different wired connection, I deleted my primary (wired) network interface. After my test I would delete the manual interface and elementary would automatically reconfigure my primary interface and I would have a normal internet connection again.

This doesn't happen anymore and both the wingpanel switch button and the switch button in the switchboard network plugin results in a crash. Because the network plugin doesn't provide means to add a new wired network when your _not_ connected to one, I am unable to restore my primary internet connection :(
