No network profile switch

I have some diferents profiles to ethernet network, but I can not switch to any of this profiles.

Example:
Profile1: dhcp and no route to internet.
Profile2: static IP.
Profile3: dhcp with internet routes.

I want to connect my ethernet port and select the profile I want to use, but this option is not avaiable on network indicator or even in network configuration panel (where you setup this profiles).
