Include network structure visualization in network plug

I find Windows 7's connection overview pretty good: http://img.techtalkz.com/Network%20and%20Sharing_Win7_2.jpg

You can see at one glance whether you are connected to your Home network, whether the connection between your router and the PC or the Server is broken. Maybe one could also show whether only a DNS server is down
