Create wifi hotspot in Infrastructure mode

System Settings->Network->Wireless

Here we find an option "Use as Hotspot.." enabled. When I select it creates a wifi hotspot in Ad-Hoc mode. When I click on options and select Infrastructure, its still visible only in Ad-hoc mode. My android and windows phones could not see the hotspot I just created, but other laptops can find the same.

I connect to network through ethernet. And I am trying to create a hotspot for my mobile.

Edit:
I am using elementary OS Luna,and the laptop has broadcom bcm43224 wifi chipset.
