Description
### What Happened?
I frequently have accidental touches on my touchpad while typing. I turned on the `Touchpad > Ignore > While typing` setting, expecting it to prevent accidental touches, but it does not.
### Steps to Reproduce
Go to `Touchpad > Ignore > While typing` setting.
Check the box.
Begin typing
Move the mouse using the touchpad
Expected: mouse does not move or click
Actual: mouse is able to move and click
### Expected Behavior
The mouse should not be able to move or click via the touchpad while the `Touchpad > Ignore > While typing` seting is checked.
