Finnish Language & Region is incorrect (Swedish)

### What Happened?
If i choose Language & Region -> Formats: Finland , it shows dates in Sweden style, see picture:

### Steps to Reproduce
Language & Region -> Formats: Finland
but it is using Swedish "fre 26. augusti 2022"
### Expected Behavior
It should be "pe 26. elokuu 2022" , this is working on OS 5.1.7 but not in OS 6.1.
