Description
### What Happened?
After installing elementary 7.0 on my 2007 MacBook, I found that I could not type anything. I then found out that the num lock was enabled, despite it being reported as _disabled_ in the settings. Bringing up the layout viewer showed that it was actually on.
The only way to disable it was to invoke the on-screen keyboard and disable it from there, as there is no physical key on the MacBook to disable it.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Install elementary OS 7.0
2. Reboot and log in
3. Try to type anything
### Expected Behavior
The num lock is not enabled by default and it respects the settings.
### OS Version
7.x (Horus)
### Software Version
