Description

### What Happened?

I'm trying to assing Super + S for a custom action. That combination does not appear as in use by any other actions. When I assign it, the combination is listed correctly and no "already in use" warning appears. But when I try to use it, all that happens is that the multitask view is triggered (but it is listed with Super + DownArrow).

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to custom keyboard actions
2. Create a new action and assign it to Super + S
3. Use Super + S

### Expected Behavior

The new action should be triggered, not multitask view.

### OS Version

6.x (Odin)

### Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
