Description
When only one display is connected, the drag-and-drop layout is pretty useless, as are the Primary Display, Enabled, and Mirror settings. We could switch to a much simpler resolution and rotation only view like the top sketch:
This also prioritizes what a single-display user would be interested in, which is the settings for their only connected display.
