Time range fields should be editable by default

I installed a fresh install of 7.1
Then I was in the night light step and directly clicked the link to the advanced night light settings.
I usually set 00:00 to 00:00 to have night light enabled 24/7.

I could not immediately enable the radio button or enter the from / to time.

These controls should be clickable / editable all the time no matter what the toggle switch above is set to. The toggle switch should adapt automatically :)
