Description
### What Happened?
Sometimes, when returning from suspend, the external monitor is set at @1x even though it’s @2x in settings.
### Steps to Reproduce
Not reproducible every time.
1. Return from suspend, note that screen is set to @2x but displays in @1x.
2. To fix, set to @1x.
3. And then, set back to @2x.
### Expected Behavior
If the monitor is set at @2x, it should display at @2x always.
### OS Version
6.x (Odin)
### Software Version
Latest release (I have run all updates)
