External monitor suddenly stop working

## What Happened

when I plug my HDMI cable nothing happen.

## Expected Behavior

I was expecting my external monitor to turns on.

## Steps to Reproduce

Unfortunately I don't know how to reproduce the bug.
All I can say is that it happened twice, the first time I solved with reinstalling lightdm, and after that it worked fine for several weeks.

Today this happened for the second time, suddenly, with nothing special I did on my laptop.
I tried pretty much everything, but no solution is working

## Platform Information

I'm using EOS Latest Release installed on 512gb SSD.
Using intel integrated gpu (even switching to nvidia gpu nothing change)
