Description
## What Happened
I have a laptop mounted upside down on a shelf which is used for various tasks - such as testing new OS releases.
When turning the display upside down in the display settings, the text in the middle of the dialogue - which reads, "Built-in display" - remains upside down while everything else is correct.
## Expected Behavior
I would expect all of the text to turn with the display.
## Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to System Settings, Displays
2. Click the gear icon and change Screen Rotation to Upside-down
3. Click the Apply button
### Logs
## Platform Information
ElementaryOS 6 booted from USB into demo mode on a Dell Latitude D630 though I also replicated the issue on a Lenovo X200.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in System Settings > Displays by opening the gear menu, selecting Screen Rotation > Upside-down, and applying it. Start by tracing the display settings plugin responsible for the rotation dialog; done means the “Built-in display” caption rotates with the rest of the dialog without warnings.
