Description
Hi,
I connect an external VGA monitor to my laptop as an 'extended desktop'. When I disconnect the VGA cable, as expected, the display reverts to only the laptop screen; but all applications windows are limited to the lower half of the screen! The upper half of the screen displays the wallpaper, the wing-panel, allows mouse movement over it; but does not allow me to drag any applications onto it. All applications are limited to the lower half.
VERY frustrating guys, as I have to often give presentations and sometimes don't have the time to reboot the system. Once I presented all my data to my prof. using just the bottom half of my 12" laptop screen. So embarrassing. And perhaps curiously funny for the prof. :P
Hope there's an easy fix for it. And surprised no one has reported it yet. Pardon me if they have already. But I think it's a major bug and deserves re-reporting!
Cheers to you lovely folks,
TC
