Apply button unclickable after setting higher resolution

**Issue**
When I change my resolution from 1600x900 to 1920x1080 the Apply button does not do anything.

**Environment**
I am running Juno Beta 2 in VirtualBox.

**Steps to Reproduce**
1) Set display resolution to 1600x900.
2) Click "Apply"
3) Click "Keep This Configuration"
4) Close and reopen the display dialog
5) Set display resolution to 1920x1080
6) Click "Apply"

**Expected Result**
Resolution changes and confirmation dialog shows up

**Actual Result**
Nothing happens

**Workaround**
I have been able to get this to work by resizing the display settings window and then clicking Apply.
