No thumbnail for wallpapers without extension

### What Happened?
I have two files:
I applied both as a wallpaper, so now they both show up in System settings/Desktop/Wallpaper:
The selected one is the one with the .png extension, the second one is the one without an extension.
### Steps to Reproduce
Apply a wallpaper without an extension and open wallpaper settings
### Expected Behavior
The thumbnail should be shown

7.x (Horus)
### Software Version
Latest release (I have run all updates)
