Deleting selected wallpaper should automatically switch to solid color wallpaper

### What Happened?

When a selected wallpaper is deleted, you're left with a solid color wallpaper, but in the plug, a solid color wallpaper is not selected.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Select wallpaper
2. Remove wallpaper

### Expected Behavior

Solid color wallpaper should select automatically
