Load wallpapers in the UI asynchronously

Currently switchboard freezes when loading wallpapers in the plug. It would benefit a lot from loading them async and possibly also show a loading indicator. Lazy loading the images with a loading animation is also a possible solution. This will also help with the use case of the user not wanting to change wallpapers but just want to visit the other tabs.
