Description
### What Happened?
Installed 8.1 via usb as upgrading from 8.0 > 8.1 via update center renders no gui or bootable drives for eOS.
### Steps to Reproduce
- Reinstall clean version via usb for 8.1
- Install without drivers (wouldnt run install with them)
- Check for drivers > Drivers checking not loading any drivers but popup constantly showing 'x' drivers to install
### Expected Behavior
Click Settings > System > Drivers and have drivers available listed to install

8.x (Circe)
### OS Architecture
amd64 (on most hardwares)
### Session Type
Secure Session (Wayland, This is the default)
### Software Version
Latest release (I have run all updates)
