Bluetooth doesn't work through the GUI.

It really doesn't. I had to install ``bluetoothctl`` and other tools like ``bluez`` to get it working and connect to my device. I'm running elementaryOS Hera on my HP Spectre. Briefly it's not able to scan and shows no devices. On connecting through the CLI, however it shows the paired devices. But on trying to reconnect to the paired devices through the GUI, there's no luck either. Let me know if you need anything else..
