Search for subsection of System Settings opens up wrong location

### What Happened?

Searching for the _Startup_ tab of _Applications_ in the _System Settings_ opens up _Defaults_ (the first tab) instead.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the application menu and search for "startup".
2. Look for the search result for _Settings_, _Applications_, _Startup_, and activate it.

### Expected Behavior

The _Startup_ tab should be opened instead of _Defaults_.
