Open with a keyboard shortcut

### Problem

There's currently no way to directly open Quick Settings with the keyboard

### Proposal

- [ ] Open with a keyboard shortcut.
- [ ] Propose a branch to shortcuts overlay to list this as a system shortcut (could also just file a feature request and someone else can pick it up)

Maybe Super + Q (for _Quick_ Settings) or Super + Esc (because of session controls)

### Prior Art (Optional)

Super + A (for _actions_) is what Windows uses: https://www.windowscentral.com/windows-11-four-new-keyboard-shortcuts, but we use that for window spread (_all_ windows across _all_ desktops)

Super + S (for _settings_) is used in GNOME, but we use that for Multitasking View
