"Always ask" check in location portal

I am not sure if this is technically feasible, but if so, it's something I'd like to pursue. It would be great to have some sort of "Always ask" checkbox on the location agent, so the Allow or Deny was simply for the current location request. If checked, future location requests would still prompt for approval.

This could be useful for apps that you don't necessarily want to give free-reign over your location at all times, but may have a one-time or rare usage for location, like selecting a nearby store.

This would also require some reworking of the Location Services section in the Security & Privacy plug, as I believe it would be going from a two-state toggle (Deny or Allow) to a three-state one (Deny, Ask, or Allow).
