Bring "Send" action out as a dedicated action item in the gallery view

Description
Right now, the "Send" options are tucked inside two menu items and not so discoverable.
It would be great if there is a "Share/Send" as a dedicated action button right besides the other action items as shown by the cursor position here (bottom of the image):
The same is suggested for the image viewer action items in #320.
