Notify after an import has been completed

instead of putting up a dialog that blocks me from continuing to work with the app, we should just send a notification when an import has been completed.

Start by locating the import-completion dialog and the code path that opens it in the repository. Run an import through the app to observe the current blocking behavior. Done means completion is reported with a notification while the user can continue working.
