Description
### What Happened?
Running a new install of elementary OS 8 on a Dell XPS desktop. Issue is that the system volume randomly, all the way up to 100%.
It is hard to replicate on demand but I have observed that many times it may be triggered whenever I change audio devices (let's say, from default to a headset). I can reset by rebooting but only for the problem to creep up again randomly.
### Steps to Reproduce
Hard to reproduce on demand. I will boot up my PC, play audio ("Spotify") and at any time, randomly, the system volume begins stepping up all the way to 100%.
### Expected Behavior
Expected behavior is for the volume level to stay static unless changed/moved.
