Description

### What Happened?

When using the microphone and seeing the indicator for the first time, it shows that it's off, when in fact it is active and listening.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Run ` pkill -f io.elementary.wingpanel.`
2. Join a video call.
3. Open the microphone indicator.
4. Notice that the indicator says the microphone is off.

### Expected Behavior

The microphone indicator should reflect the actual status.
