"No Artist" Label instead of Blank Line in Sound Indicator

## Problem

A Blank Line appears in the Sound Indicator if there is only title to a multimedia file (below `Comprehensive Course ...`)


## Proposal

When an Audio File playing from any Web Browser has only a title but no information about the artist, instead of an empty line `No Artist` could be written so that the UI Looks Better

## Prior Art

In the Android Operating System, Instead of an empty line, `No Artist` is written

Start from the panel-sound Sound Indicator and reproduce the case using an audio file with a title but no artist, played from a web browser. Done means the empty artist line is replaced with the text "No Artist" while the title remains visible.
