Paused player will start playing after ending call (tested on skype).

## What Happened
After ending a video call or a simple voice call when using skype (not tested with other apps) if there was any music player or any media app it will unpause and start playing even if the media was manually paused before the call.

## Expected Behavior
If the media player app was paused then after the call the media player should stay paused and not start playing without auth.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Play any music or media.
2. Pause the media player.
3. Do a skype call or video call.
4. End the call.
