Phantom Peripherals

On 0.4.1 Loki, recently reinstalled the OS on my laptop. The power tab shows a mouse that doesn't exist, not merely unplugged. I have tried plugging a mouse in and unplugging, as well as rebooting the machine. I have tried reinstalling wingpanel and the power indicator, but this "mouse" sticks around.
