Backlight Indicator Stuck at 0%

## What Happened
* Used sleep mode and brightness indicator is stuck at 0% (you can still move it, the changes just don't appear)

## Expected Behavior
After sleep mode, the icon's functionality is fine.

## Steps to Reproduce

1. Close lid or wait until sleep mode engages
2. Log back in
3. Look at the battery indicator
